Postings 2.
okay.I'm blogging for the second time in er... less than 12hours.Since i have nothing much to do, I shall just complain about the sec3 class postings.
It really seems like English was taken into A LOT of consideration.
Ppl who scored not to well for english, but scored
- As for math are ending up in e4/e5,which means No A.math
- As for science are ending up in e4/e5, which means No Pure Science
These are people who are terrific in Math and Science.Some of them do not fair well in Art/DnT/F&N. Some of them do not fair well in Humanities either.
Yet, they are going to classes that do NOT have A.Maths or Pure Sciences. Since science/math are where their talents lie, not taking Pure Science or A.Math will be a waste of their talent.
Afterall, it all boils down to the O Levels. If taking a PureScience or A.Math will assure them at least 2As, why take a CombScience and get only 1A?
I do not think this is very good. It is almost like wasting their talent.
If interest is not there, they won't be able to do well. It is a proven fact. Yes, we'd all have to work with what we have and I really believe that. But after hearing/reading from blogs of the plight of some people, i think perhaps they should be reassessed.
English is what they're weak in. Since it is the holiday now, maybe give these math/science people whose english are not good, extra classes.
These extra classes will hopefully pull their english marks up. Then, they can go take PureSciences/A.Math.
Give them an english test after all the extra classes. If they improve, i think that it shows that they are capable of doing well for english. If so, all they'd need to do is put an extra effort in sec3. It would not affect them taking Pure Sciences /A.Math.
Others who got into e2/e3 did better in english then these ppl. Their math/science are like b3-b4. Yes, its not that bad and they deserve a place in e2/e3. But the others are doing much better in math/sciences. The difference between a B3 and an A1 is 2 points. 2 points mean a lot in the O levels. It could determine whether or not one gets into a JC of their choice/the poly course they want.
Perhaps the school could consider opening another PureScience Class OR offer A.Math in e4/e5. Offer A.Math to students that can make it. And change their C&T subject or Pure Humanities to A.Math.
okay, i sound like i'm writing a letter to the school.haha. was just bored and this subject was a thing that i felt strongly about.

Sec3 postings...
Today, was the postings of which class we,sec2s go to next year.I guess, i'm happy with mine. And i'm very happy for most of my friends who got where they wanna be. Cherie in e3. YanTin in e2. and all the rest.
Those that got into the class they want, good for u!(=
Work hard there and do well. Some of u got there because of good english marks or should i say, better than the rest english marks. Its rare to get into DoubleScience without at least B3 in math and science so, please work hard there. U were given a chance, leaving the not-so-good in english deprived of that spot when their Math and Science marks are better.
TREASURE THE OPPORTUNITY GIVEN!
Those that could not get the class they wanted. For most of u, it isn't really fair.Or at least i think its not. If u picked up that appeal form and handed in, good.
Regardless of the appeal results(when they come out),
whichever class u end up in, be it e1,e2,e3,e4 or e5. Do Well!
If the appeal didn't work out, make the best use of what subjects u are taking and do well for them. You might not really like them, but you'd have to try.

haha. Today was okay i guess. Woke up at around 0930, after the alarm clock rang for i have no idea how long.(=
bathed,brunched and left for sch. No teacher could help open band room. Waited and talked to mrs wong and nigel. haha. Interesting conversation(=

Woke up at 1020.hehe.so late.started on making something...hehe. Shan't say what.But i feel proud of myself(=

Gotta go print some stuff now and do tuition work. Tuition's today and i haven't even started.hehe.

High School Musical...
Today, went with cherie,des and yw to watch hsm3.I would say these few things of the movie.
1) The music is good.
2) The way filming is done is not bad.
3) The plot is the same as the previous 2 hsm.
4) The brightness of some scenes are too...jarring to the eyes.
But overall, its worth your $6, for me that is. I don't know about you.
after that, got home and went for violin.
Meeting for geog project was quite okay i guess. We "brainstormed" on what to do for
it. I hope i'd work well with the group(=

Deepavali holiday
Today is the Deepavali Holiday! Happy Depavali to all er... people who celebrate Deepavali. (=Woke up this morning cos my mum kinda told me to go to ntuc with her to buy stuff. Woke up, changed and rushed out.
Bought stuff. and came home to cook. I made "cordon le bleu" (=. Its chicken which kinda wraps ham and cheese.(=. It tasted quite good. regarding the fact that this is my first time making it.
After lunch, practised guitar and used com.
LION KING ROCKS!!! Best movie ever! Simba's voice is nicenice!

Last day of sch...last day as one whole 2e3'08
today was the last day of school. This also means the last day of being sec2.
the last day of being in the same class in that sitting arrangement with the same wonderful bunch of ppl.
This past 2 years with e3 have been great. fantastic ppl!fantastic teachers(almost)!
I'd miss the class. The laughter and all the other nonsense. What would 2e3'08 be without anyone of us?
Every single one of us make up this lovely class.(=
CHARISSA who is really nice and very responsive when it comes to group discussions.
CLARISSA with her weirdness(in a good way) and never angry attitude.
HUIYING who never fails to put a smile on your face and make you laugh with the way she behaves
PEICHIN who cracks hilarious jokes and usually makes my day during recess.
HAZEL who is really enthu about almost all class activities.A leader in the class.
JASMIN who always has a smile on her face and is just ever-so-nice.
CHERIE who is the crazy madwoman who screams like high-pitched and is kinda crazy. and also goes, "cas-ah!" when she faces a problem.
YUNYU who is like Jasmin. Always smiling and ever-so-nice. hehe, no wonder N- likes her..haha
GINKO that nut who thinks mostly about money and the likes. Has a lot of opinions which usually challenge mine.haha
YANGWENN who is crazy over ang-moh guys and loves to rant about her dear click five. haha.
DESIREE the super whiny girl, "i want a vest..." in the very nua-nua tone.hahaha. Nice too. But loves to act cute.
YANTIN really really nice girl. usually smiling and rather evil at times...hehe.
ADAM the quiet boy(mayb cos i don't realy talk to u) but extremely nice and probably one of the most normal people in class.
BRIAN really lame. That laughter is contagious. Nice most of the time.Suans a lot.
JOEL is the stoner. but extremely smart. Nice guy.
GABRIEL smart, witty-ily funny. When he talks to Z- its kinda cute and funny at the same time.
WINSTON i don't really know you. But i think ur rather nice. great at solving the rukbics.
JACKIE the monkey who is so naturally funny that there's no way you can not laugh. (=
TINGHAN I don't really know you either except that you're smart too and nice.
DEON haha. can't stop laughing at me uh... Face turns real red when he is laughing. contagious laughter.Nice on the whole as well.
JIANGSENG loves to ask questions that sometimes don;t make much sense. but nice and really bothers to go to generaloffice when there's something missing in class.
LESTER all those political jokes. Until now, he still suans me about the earthequake thingy.
TIANWEI flicks ppl's head! GAH! trishaw man. mr dog. haha. Never fails to disturb the teacher as well.
HIZBULLA quiet but nice. when he gives that "GAH" face when huiying disturbs him..haha.
IRWAN relatively nice. has changed a lot from last year. Rich kid.
FIRMAN Nice.Can sing and dance and does make everybody go cukoo when he dreams of them...hemhem
TENGWEI er... u constantly call me names. GAH. and u never let me copy ur homework or even check. But i believe u are quite nice.

2e3....
okay. Des and cherie post about 2e3 is kinda emo-ish and sad.Come on... we've been a great class the past 2 years. We've had much fun together. Laugh, play, talk crap. We've fought and all, good and bad. From strangers, we became the best of friends. Surely the memories will forever live and never die.

RESULTS
okay, today got back overall results. Did quite well. Won't post up results until get report card. But i improved for everything except ENGLISH and CHINESE and LIT!Lit is a freaking subject. got a C5 for it. @@!!!
My mind is a whirlwind now. I don't know what subjects to take. I think i wanna take Physics.
Yet there are the pros and cons to it. I could ask my dad if i dunno how to do. But then, if don't understand,its quite tough too. Or i could take bio. easy to understand. But i'm afraid i can't memorise.
I really dunno which humans to take too. History or Geog? My geog score is better by 1 grade but my interest in history is bigger.
AHHHHHHHHH!never so stressed before! even exams also more relaxed.

today is results and cme.Result-wise, I'm quite happy with my results so yea. As a word of encouragement to people.

NOTHING MUCH(=
hehe.Today was kinda ...Fun, in a way.woke up at 930. had breakfast then watched "ironman" kinda nice.
then played guitar. Currently learning how to play "a whole new world" from aladdin(disney movie).(=

FUn!
yesterday and today sch was boring except for mayb the monopoly game thing.everything else was )=.Band started yesterday too!(=. My lips are kinda er....not used to it after a month so gotta practise more.Today's performance was good!
okay, so after school today, went back to class to teach deon and haowen how to play some chords. I hope they still can remember.(=
after that, left for simei. Deon and Nigel went to get a haircut while me,haowen and haoyang went to play bball. But the ball kinda got urine on it cos haowen threw it down the staircase so...we didn't really play in the end. went to eastpoint to see nigel and deon and brian cut hair. Nigel looks better cos he hair is not so thick. deon looks better, more happy. we left before brian finish cutting hair.
went to fir house to eat "lunch". It was 3 plus 4 plus i think. He cooked for us.hehe.THANKS FIRMAN!!!!!!then, being the nice friends we were, we waited for him to finish cooking he own lunch.it was 5plus by then.
while waiting for him and after eating, we talked and watched tv.kinda funny.
left his house then deon,haowen and haoyang left. me nig and fir went to 231 to paly table tennis. there was a taonan p6 boy and his father so we joined them.it was fun! haha.
bussed home.and currently playing guitar ,trying to read the tab for more than words.GAH.its kinda chim cos i'm not used to it.
got suaned yesterday and today.GAH!

Bead crazy..haha
today, went to CHINATOWN with des and rie.It was fun i guess.All that colours and beads are kinda driving me a little crazy.haha.I admit it. I like the colours hot pink and purple.ahahahah. But YELLOW still rocks more!(=
we spent like $50+ GAH! My hearts hurting already.haha.

EOY day 7!!!ahahahaha
yeah! today is the last day of exams.(=after the paper, went to e!hub with nut. bowled for 2 games.heheh. won one game to nut and lost one to nut.so its fair.haha. Nigel and yunyu came too.hehe.
after that,walked around waiting for the theatre to open. sat outside the cinema to talk crap. then played truth or dare for a while.it was stupid! haha
then watched"the house bunny" hilarious show. haha. its worth the money if u don't mind laughing at stupid stuff and brainless ppl.haha
after the show,went to take bus with fir and nig. me and nig went to brian's house to get table tennis racket and ball. haha.when nig saw brian, burst out laughing.Seriously,nigel, it wasn't THAT funny.but nonetheless, still kinda funny(=
played 4 games with nigel. haha. kinda trashed him.lost on game though(= 11-2 11-8 11-7 4-11 13-11.after that,fir and nig played their version of table tennis. returned the rackets to brian.and nig laughed again.haha. me and fir were laughing about the 'fork and spoon" thing.and the thing was it was meant to make fun of 1___and 2___. haha(= but 1___didn't know so it was kinda funny when he responded.haha.
bought bubbletea, then went to take bus.met my dad at the bus stop so went with him to buy stuff at eastpoint.then came home.
tmr is CHINATOWN with rie and des! hope it'd be fun and fruitful.

EOY day 6...
its eoy day 6 today.hahathe paper was okay except for my stupid careless mistake.)=
after sch, went to ws with cherie and des to discuss the holiday "project" haha. walke dto the kopitiam. but cherie didn't like it, it was too hot. so went to macs. left after a while.no seats. the finally went to kfc.haha.
discussed,laughed. I had some stupid skin irritation(rashes) so went home first.
got home,showered and the rashes were gone. i think its caused by something i came into contact with/ate that caused it.
slacked,watched tv.

Sunday.ahahaha
today is sun! (=went to church and it was "outing". haha. stayed in tz room to watch "the prince of eygpt" but the vol wasn't wokring so john kinda sang/voiced some parts.haha. didn't finish the song.
so, had lunch then went for the missions sunday thing. quite interesting.the guy from some organisation who shared was definitely dynamic.ahaha.
took a taxi home cos mum's feet hurt. haha
got home,watched tv, did some math revision on alegbra.
gotta continue math revision now.

Tuition .Violin
okay.woke up at 915 after receiving a call from my tuition teacher about whether i was going for tuition. it was supposed to start at 9!!!!okay,so washed up, changed and left the house.hehe.managed to reach there in 20 mins.hehe
tuition until 1130.then went home.
got home, watched iCarly. had lunch then left for violin. sharon didn't go today again. cos she wanted to stay home to study.
it was a good lesson i guess. managed to play the pieces with some expression and broader strokes. have to keep that up.
walked around eastpoint for about 30mins.went to popular.
bussed home and currently slacking.
going to do math later. esp similarity and congruency. i really suck at that.
and practice alegbra cos i think paper 1 will have a lot of it.
haha.JYJY ppl. its just 2 days and its over. 2 days is all it takes.after that, its happiness for 1 day.before u go back to school to see results. the tension....haha.

Childrens' Day, Hari Raya, SCIENCE CRAZY
haha. its childrens' day and hari raya today!anyway, i have spent my time studying. )=
did physics notes and studied it. I really wanna do well for physics. i don't want to see the paper and say, "die already" i'd rather see the paper and say "YEAH!"
after that, had lunch then did chem. I also wanna do well for chem. Ms suhaila's patience in going through all chapters with us and making us do notes has really helped. gotta do well!
bio notes are not done cos i think the ppt slides are sufficient. haha.(=
Studying is making me go cukoo. I'm even dreaming about formulas and stuff of different subjects.
But at least i have the tv and com to watch and play.haha.since the hubstation is kinda nuts now cos i can watch all channels.heheh=)
